By accessing or using G2K Hosting services (hosting, AI Site/App/Logo Builders), you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be 18+ and provide accurate details. You are responsible for your login credentials and all activities conducted while logged-in. Registration + email verification required before subscribing and generating paid-tier templates.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
Plans grant usage quotas (templates, storage, emails). Billing monthly or annual. All payments processed via secure gateway. Quotas reset per billing period. Cancel anytime; access continues to period end. Prices shown before checkout.
3. Acceptable Use
No illegal, harmful, phishing, or abusive content via our AI tools or hosting. Respect copyright on used assets. We may suspend accounts violating policy immediately with/without notice.
4. AI Generated Content
Templates created with AI are provided "as-is". You own client projects. G2K grants non-exclusive license for hosted use. We retain rights to improve models using anonymized workflow data only.
5. Service Level & Limitation
Best-effort uptime > 99.9%. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue or data caused by outages or AI quality. Maximum liability limited to three months of fees paid.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts breaching these terms. Users can delete accounts at any time via support.
7. Changes & Contact
